Supervision

Dr. Ramirez is an approved supervisor through the Oregon Board of Psychologists and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of clinicians. With experience in supervision, she believes that ethical and effective assessment must be fundamentally rooted in cultural competence. Her commitment to training equips emerging psychologists with the skills to conduct thorough, sensitive, and efficient psychological evaluations for diverse populations. Additionally, Dr. Ramirez collaborates with other OBOP-approved supervisors to provide a range of perspectives and insights, further diversifying and enriching the training and supervision experience.

Supervision and training opportunities are available for trainees at various stages of their professional journey, including:

  • Predoctoral Interns

  • Postdoctoral Residents seeking to complete their required clinical hours for licensure.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?

Our training provides hands-on experience in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments using a wide variety of standardized testing instruments. A strong emphasis is placed on applying a cultural lens to every aspect of the assessment process—from case conceptualization and test selection to interpretation and report writing. Specialized training is available in key areas, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations, psychodiagnostic clarification, and assessments for other complex clinical presentations.
